I got a job offer from Lockheed Martin Forth Worth Staff Software Engineer My salary that has been offered is 125K Principal is two salary grades higher than staff lvl 6 vs a lvl 4 The position you got an offer for was at the Staff level you will not get hired into that role as a Principal as that is not how the role is designed Lockheed Martin is a massive fairly old school company and has highly regimented pay brackets particularly for entry level employees 2 The manager I interviewed with is not extending the offer
