I was FT making 71k now hourly making 75 hr working on building my caseload with another company 68 hr for now ideally would work 20 to 25 hours a week in NJ I m in Louisiana at a non profit Started at 50k as BCaBA Got my BCBA and make 60k in training 65k out of training For example if Tricare is reimbursing at 100 per hour and medicaid at 75 per hour private insurance rates might have been negotiated around 85 110 per hour If you were an employee with a good benefit package 40 per hour would put you around 78 000 per year and 50 per hour would put you at 97 500 per year 2
I ve made as much as 93k as a clinical director with 12 years of experience at a big box agency I worked 60 70 hour weeks and it was not worth it to me I now make 50 an hour for BCBA sup and 30 an hour for RBT and work 25 30 hours per week I left my lady Edit last job riiiight before COVID hit hard and my old mentor needed someone I m also in Florida BCaBAs in my company make around 40 hour and BCBAs make 50 60 Currently a BCBA in South Florida Make 72 000 a year excluding bonuses bit hard to achieve said bonus Work 20 30 direct billable hours a week with the rest of my time being indirect non billable
