At 12 Stone there is a swarm of greeters from the parking lot to walking on the bridge to the door to entering the worship areas You will get greeted around 10 times before you even get to your seat It was a bit much for me coming from a more family style church Almost felt like a famous person at some points 12Stone Church has an overall rating of 3 8 out of 5 based on over 17 reviews left anonymously by employees 65 of employees would recommend working at 12Stone Church to a friend and 66 have a positive outlook for the business This rating has improved by 4 over the last 12 months
12Stone is a great place to work and they really care about developing great leaders The environment is fast paced and the people here work hard You have to learn to speak up for yourself and advocate to have healthy boundaries in ministry and I feel they try to create that space for their staff Would not recommend if you do not like fast 12Stone Church is a place to find answers about the Bible and make connections with people We care for the needs of every age and circumstance There are multiple campuses across Lawrenceville Buford Braselton Snellville Duluth and Flowery Branch Georgia as well as expanding micro churches set in homes across the United States
